All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Issues & Liability

Please note that Skin Care & Co. is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, damage during transit, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues that arise after the package has been handed off to the courier.

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. They are best equipped to resolve such matters.
